Premium category extra virgin olive oil. The early harvest and the presence in Coupage of the native varieties Manzanilla and Zorzal from Arribes del Duero (Salamanca) give this oil a characteristic freshness reminiscent of freshly cut grass.
It has a pungent aroma with hints of fresh green fruit and tomato. It has an intense flavour with hints of green apple, almond, and tomato with very balanced bitterness and spice.
It comes in a black-tinted glass bottle to protect it from light damage. The non-refillable stopper is the only one approved for use in catering.
Recommended uses: Carpaccios, cheeses, salads, vegetables, pasta, fish, and bread. It is always preferable to consume fresh in order to appreciate the subtle flavour.
