Valderrama Ocal Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is a variety of the high quality extra virgin olive oil product range, infused with White Truffle (Magnatum Pico). This product is recognized for its distinctive aroma and powerful taste of natural truffle, without any chemical additives.
Valderrama is an innovative company in the production of single-varietal extra virgin olive oils, grown in their own olive groves located in Córdoba and Toledo, Spain.
The production process of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with White Truffle involves maceration of the precious liquid with Magnatum Pico Truffle, a renowned variety of white truffle, at suitable temperatures. The ingredients include extra virgin olive oil of the Ocal variety, as well as Magnatum Truffle and its characteristic aroma. This oil offers a pure white truffle scent and taste, sourced directly from the Piedmont region of Italy, renowned for its quality truffles.
In addition to White Truffle, Valderrama also offers other product variations, such as oils infused with Black Truffle (Melanosporum), as well as an oriental range of natural maceration oils with fruits and Asian flavors, developed in collaboration with chef Alberto Chicote.
