DESCRIPCTION:

Vinegar sweet and very aromatic, proceeding from vinegars of wines of the D.O.Montilla-Moriles to which Pedro Ximenez adds ecological must of grape Pedro Ximenez and ecological wines.

Mahogany dark. Very aromatic sweet. Soft surrounding, of very much body, aromatic with touches of raisin. The musts contribute flavors, sweetness and creaminess and the Pedro Ximenez contributes its fruity.
