DESCRIPCTION:
Flavoured extra virgin olive oils of the Carrasqueña variety produced in Badajoz. This set includes 4 flavoured oils of different flavours: black garlic, rosemary, oregano and spicy.
Black Garlic:
Certified organic extra virgin olive oil from the Carrasqueña variety, flavoured with black garlic cloves.
Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness combining the green attributes of the carrasqueña variety with the balsamic fragrance of black garlic.
Mouth: The bitterness and spiciness are detected at low intensities, with a slight taste of roasted garlic and liquorice.
Rosemary:
Certified organic extra virgin olive oil of the Carrasqueña variety, flavoured with rosemary leaves.
Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, combining the green attributes of the carrasqueña variety with the fragrance of rosemary.
Mouth: The bitterness and spiciness are detected with low intensities where aromatic herbs predominate.
Oregano:
Certified organic extra virgin olive oil of the carrasqueña variety, flavoured with oregano.
Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, combining the green attributes of the carrasqueña variety with the fragrance of fresh oregano.
Mouth: The bitterness and spiciness are detected at low intensities, where aromatic herbs predominate.
Spicy:
Certified organic extra virgin olive oil of the carrasqueña variety, flavoured with smoked paprika de la Vera (D.O.), cayenne and five peppers.
Nose: Smooth aroma of smoked wood, with spicy notes.
Mouth: The spiciness is detected with medium intensity, where light smoky flavours predominate.
