Organic extra virgin olive oil in 500 ml glass bottle.
This virgin olive oil from Pozoblanco (Cordoba) is a blend of the Nevadillo Blanco, Lechín, Picudo and Manzanilla varieties.
Olivar de la Luna is a very fruity oil, reminiscent of the flavour of olives, with hints of other fruits such as apples and almonds and the memory of freshly cut grass.
It is long, sweet and smooth on the palate, leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste, typical of the fruit from which it is made, an indicator of its stability, its high polyphenol and antioxidant content, and its high vitamin E content.
Raw: salads, toast, to enhance the flavour of a good fish or grilled meat.
