DESCRIPCTION:
This extra virgin olive oil is a blend of the Arbequina and Empeltre varieties. It is a light yellow organic olive oil with a mild, sweet flavour, obtained using traditional methods. It is highly aromatic on the nose.
This oil is virtually unique in its style.
It is characterised by the fact that it is a first cold-pressed olive oil. Cold pressing of the oil is an exclusively mechanical extraction method, carried out at low temperature, which preserves the proportion of essential fatty acids, vitamin E and natural antioxidants, and requires no additives. The first extraction, known as 'first pressing', produces a pure, truly flavoursome fruit oil.
Recommended uses: ideal for raw consumption, salads, vegetables, etc.
