DESCRIPCTION:

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a multivarietal of the Arbequina and Empeltre varieties.

Organic olive oil with a light yellow colour and a mild, sweet flavour. Very aromatic on the nose. Obtained from small-scale production.

Once Oliflix extra virgin olive oil is bottled, because it is filtered very gently, a dark deposit may appear at the bottom, made up of very fine particles from the olive: stones, skin, etc.

Recommended uses: ideal for raw olives, salads, vegetables, etc.
