This Premium olive oil is an early-harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety, harvested at the beginning of October.
On the nose, it is a fruity green olive with herbaceous and vegetal aromas such as tomato. On the palate, it is sweet from the start, evoking the same sensations as on the nose. Slight bitterness and spiciness. Very balanced, with an almond aftertaste and a delicate, elegant persistence over time.
EVOO Premium Picual is a unique oil that requires a special bottle with a design inspired by Baeza Cathedral.
The product is extracted from olives of the Picual variety, giving us an extra virgin olive oil with fruity connotations, ideal for raw consumption.
In the culinary field, it can be used for all kinds of dishes, but to make the most of its flavour and aromatic notes, we recommend using it as a dressing for salads and all kinds of cold dishes.
