To obtain Olibaeza Premium EVOO, an integrated production control system is used, which carries out strict environmental and quality controls. This process guarantees the quality of the olive grove, the olives and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This oil is harvested and extracted during the first harvest, at the beginning of October.
The product is extracted from olives of the Picual variety, giving us an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fruity nuances, ideal for raw consumption.
In the culinary field, it can be used for all kinds of dishes, but to make the most of its flavour and aromatic notes, it is best used as a seasoning for salads and all kinds of cold dishes.
The oil is placed in a flexible bag with a tap inside a cardboard box. This type of packaging preserves the nuances and properties of the oil, as it is vacuum-sealed.
For optimum preservation, we recommend storing EVOO in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
