Extra virgin olive oil with intense green olive fruitiness, with notes of green apple, grass and alloza standing out among the fruity notes, the whole being balanced. 

Every drop is a feast of aromas and flavours of a high quality olive oil produced in a unique setting, the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park in Carcabuey (Córdoba) with olives of the hojiblanca variety and protected by the Protected Designation of Origin "Priego de Córdoba".
