DESCRIPCTION:
CLADIVM PICUDO
Extra Virgin olive oil of intense, green olive with mature tones, which in nose it presents shades that remind the apple, green herb and green almond.
Virgin olive oil produced in Carcabuey (Cordova) with olives of the Picudo variety and below the Protected designation of origin "Priego of Cordoba".
Tasting notes: fruity intense, slightly bitter, sweet and spicy medium.
In mouth, after a sweet entry with touches of tomato, it progresses to the bitter one, finishing in spicy more intense. It presents a great harmony and balance in all its shades, emphasizing the final spicy touch.
CLADIVM HOJIBLANCO
Extra Virgin olive oil of fruity intense of green olive, emphasizing between the constitutive notes of the fruity those of green apple, herb and alloza, being the whole balanced set.
Virgin olive oil Carcabuey's (Cordoba) elaborated from the variety of olive hojiblanca.
Tasting notes: fruity intense, medium bitter, medium spicy.
In mouth it has very much body and is very aromatic, persistent, a sweet entry, almond taste, medium bitter and something more spicy.
