OMED Cava is a very tasty vinegar, made from the classic trio of grape varieties used in its production. This combination produces a dry, delicate and fresh white vinegar that retains the fruity characteristics of the wines used.
The result is a tasty, dry, delicate and fresh vinegar. The fruity nuances characteristic of wines from the Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada varieties can be detected.
Recommendations: Excellent for dressing salads. It is also used to coat tender proteins such as chicken and fish. Use instead of champagne vinegar.
