An oil of very interesting complexity.

On the nose, it has a medium green fruitiness, both herbaceous and fruity.

An oil of medium fluidity, with a lingering taste of artichoke, olive leaf, walnut and an intense taste of green walnut. A very well-balanced oil with exquisite complexity. 

Recommended uses: for all kinds of cold meats and tomato salads. Salmorejo. Ideal for muffin batters and mantecados, and with strong cheeses.
