DESCRIPCTION:

O-Med Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is harvested in October. 

Its aromas are those of a medium green fruit, both herbaceous and fruity. 

OMED is an oil of great complexity.

On the palate, it is very fluid and smooth on entry, with notes of apple and banana. On the finish, the almost imperceptible bitterness appears and an ardour of fruit and vegetables sets in.

Recommended uses : For all kinds of cold meats and tomato salads. Salmorejo. For muffin or shortbread dough.
