Picual extra virgin olive oil with a clean, fresh and intense fruity and herbaceous fragrance.

Its aromatic complexity highlights olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruity notes such as green banana, apple and green almond.

On the palate, it is very well balanced, with a very pleasant, slightly bitter and fiery start. It lingers delicately and elegantly over time.

Best served with :

  • Meat, in all kinds of dishes and preparations.
  • Fish and seafood, both raw and in the preparation of various sauces.
