DESCRIPCTION:

Its intense fruity aroma of green olives is highly complex, with fruity notes of green apple, fig tree and green banana. 

On the palate, it is smooth, with herbaceous notes of olive leaf and freshly cut grass. 

It finishes with notes of olive leaf and green banana, a spicy, medium bitterness and, finally, a pleasant sensation of astringency. 

Perfect with artichokes, salads and, surprisingly, dark chocolate.
