This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a multivarietal of the Cornicabra and Picual varieties.
This oil has an excellent sensory analysis, with a green or ripe fruitiness depending on when it was harvested. On the palate, it has a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. It is full-bodied and gives incomparable results in cooking, both raw and in stews and frying.
It is characterised by intense fruitiness and a balanced flavour, with notes of apple and almond accompanied by a symphony of aromas and flavours reminiscent of fresh, ripe fruit.
Recommendation:
They are ideal for use raw in salads, dressings and sauces, to which they add their delicate aromas, enhancing the natural flavour of the food. Used in stews, roasts and cooked dishes, they add a delicate flavour that makes them more appetising and healthier.
The Campo de Montiel producers' group was created in 1994 with the main aim of jointly marketing its virgin olive oil. It is therefore a cooperative linked to the land and its cultivation. The group currently comprises ten olive oil mill cooperatives, themselves made up of over 6,000...
