DESCRIPCTION:
Mancini pasta is made with durum wheat grown directly by the company.
The only ingredients used are semolina and water.
The Bucatini are dried in circular bronze moulds at a minimum temperature of 36°C and a maximum of 46°C for 24 hours.
They have a diameter of 2.8 mm with a central hole of 0.8 mm and a length of 260 mm.
Firing time is 5 to 7 minutes.
