Produced in the marshes of the Guérande peninsula by natural evaporation of seawater under the combined effect of sun and wind, then harvested by hand by the salt pans according to ancestral processes, this sea salt is not washed, so it retains its minerals and trace elements from the seawater, without additives.

Etablissements Bourdic S.A.S.

Etablissements Bourdic, originally a family business, was created in 1975 by Mr. Bourdic, a salt producer in Guérande. Marketing began with the sale of coarse salt to local and regional retailers. It then gradually expanded with the launch of the first dry and ground Guérande salt.
