Extra virgin olive oil from Italy. It is a blend of three Tuscan olive varieties: Frantoio (70%), Moraiolo (20%) and Leccino (10%).
On the palate: Harmonious with a marked herbaceous sensation and light notes of green tomato, elegant.
Aroma: Intense fruitiness of fresh olives.
Tasting notes: Emerald green colour, spicy and fragrant with cut grass and artichoke.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with risotto and courgette and artichoke flan.
Today, Frescobaldi represents the highest excellence in Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. The Frescobaldi family owns some 300 hectares of olive groves, where they harvest olives of the Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties to produce their top-quality extra virgin olive oils.
