250 ml. spray of organically produced wine vinegar. It comes from mothers more than 20 years old, in a natural process of acetification, without adding any additives or preservatives.
It has an intense aroma and colour, full-bodied. It is especially recommended for use in salads, dressings, vinaigrettes, meat marinades and stews.
