This extra virgin olive oil from Priego de Córdoba (Córdoba) is made with olives of the Hojiblanca variety. Cold extracted, it is exquisite and elegant.

Intense green fruitiness with very complex nuances. Green tones reminiscent of fresh grass, apple and banana stand out. Aromatic plants and tomato can be appreciated to a lesser extent. The entry in the mouth is sweet, slightly bitter and a little spicier at the end. Sensation of freshness during the retronasal phase.
