Kalamata olives are a variety of black olive from Greece. They are characteristically fleshy and tasty, and are highly prized for their organoleptic characteristics.
Kalios produces its olives in the traditional way, marinating them in extra virgin olive oil for a period of 5 to 6 weeks and giving them a very pleasant and characteristic aroma.
Originally from Greece and now trading in France, the Kalios family business is based in the Greek mountains of Neochori-Ithomi.
Using traditional harvesting systems, they produce olives of the kalamata variety, one of the most appreciated in the world, with a fleshy purple color.
