DESCRIPCTION:
Olmeda Orígenes Chupadedos are high-quality green olives with a unique and surprising flavour. The name wasn't chosen at random, but because we'd rather lick our fingers than lose a drop of this traditional, tasty dressing.
It's based on the traditional Andalusian recipe.
Once the olives have been picked at optimum ripeness, they are fermented in brine and pitted one by one. They are then seasoned and pasteurised. The seasoning is made up of a variety of top-quality natural spices that give the olives their distinctive flavour and aroma. The main ingredients in this dressing are garlic and pepper.
