Artisan soy sauce produced by the Nomura family in Japan since 1688.
More than two years of fermentation to obtain this all-natural soy sauce made from Japanese soybeans and without any additives. In contrast, industrial soy sauces, which are becoming more and more common on the market, are produced in just a few months.
Powerful flavour that enhances both oriental and western dishes. Recommended for use in sushi, sashimi, meats, carpaccio, pasta, sauces and salads.
Ingredients: Soybeans, wheat, salt, mirin.
