DESCRIPCTION:
Sauce made with Piquillo peppers from Lodosa D.O. roasted with beech wood, accompanied by fish fumé and onion poached in white wine and olive oil. With a sweet-salty taste (it does not sting), it enhances the flavour of what it accompanies and is highly addictive.
Ingredients: Piquillo peppers (26%), Onion, Olive oil (26%), Fish stock (water and conger eel), Rice, Sugar, Cream, Salt, Sherry wine, Brandy.
