DESCRIPCTION:
Rosara Aubergine Hummus is a creamy blend of grilled aubergines, designed to be spread easily at room temperature or chilled. Its creamy consistency brings out the delicious smoky flavour of the aubergine, perfectly complemented by the tahini, lemon juice and various spices. It is best enjoyed cold or at room temperature, spread directly on Lebanese bread, toast, pita bread, steamed or grilled vegetables such as carrots and courgettes, corn triangles or crisps.
For a more sophisticated presentation, you can pour it onto a plate or bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil, sweet paprika, chopped fresh coriander or other ingredients to taste.
