DESCRIPCTION:
The distinctive feature of our beans, known as Judión, is their imposing size but tender, almost butter-like texture. The traditional manufacturing process is evident in their sweetness and natural flavour.
Our beans are slow-cooked with delicious semi-free-range partridges, all served with a sauce of poached vegetables in olive oil. The reduced fat content, just 3.5%, makes this a very healthy dish.
As with all our pulses, they are tender, have no visible skin and a natural flavour. The ingredients used include farm beans, partridge, vegetable stock, olive oil, onion, tomatoes, carrots, pepper, wine, garlic, salt, spices and antioxidants. They also contain sulphites.
