Real Conservera Espanola's spicy roe medallions are carefully prepared to preserve their texture and flavour. Each medallion is cleaned and cut by hand by our team of master canners. The roe is cooked and mixed with olive oil and chilli pepper. The ingredients are simple: roe, olive oil, salt and chilli. These medallions have a grainy texture and a slightly spicy taste. They are prepared by selecting broken eggs, cooking them carefully and washing them by hand to remove impurities.
Each medallion is individually cut for perfect presentation. They are then canned with cayenne pepper for extra flavour. These medallions are perfect as an aperitif or starter, offering an explosion of flavours and a unique texture. A real luxury jam to savour.
