DESCRIPCTION:
Real Conservera Española offers top-quality Venerupis pullastra clams from Galician estuaries. These clams, selected according to size and area of harvest, are cooked and shelled by hand before being packed in the traditional way. Each clam is accompanied by a natural, sealed and sterilised broth, offering an authentic culinary experience.
The clams are best eaten cold, at a temperature of 10-12ºC, and it is advisable to place the tin in the freezer before opening. These natural clams are very popular both nationally and internationally, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes.
