DESCRIPCTION:
This combination of sardines and spicy olive oil is a real delight, offering you an authentic taste experience of the Spanish coast. The fish used are blue fish with a high omega-3 content, chosen from the Atlantic Ocean for their quality and flavour. They are fed on zooplankton and handled with care to preserve their texture and shine during transport.
The canning process is carried out in the traditional way, one by one, carefully selecting the size and position of the fish. The sardines are prepared using the roasting process and are then coated with pure olive oil. A chilli pepper is also added for a spicy touch.
