DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, early harvest and cold extraction.

Exttra Picual is born at the foot of Sierra Morena, in the province of Jaén, from traditional irrigated olive groves harvested in the second half of October, when the olives are in veraison, using the vibration and shaking method.

The nose offers green aromas reminiscent of olives, freshly cut grass, tomato, green banana peel and apple. In the mouth it is complex, intense and harmonious, with very light bitterness and spiciness.

Exttra Picual is sensual and extraordinary.
