Rincón de la Subbética is produced in Priego de Córdoba (Córdoba) during the first days of the harvest. It is an organic extra virgin olive oil made from a single variety of Hojiblanca olives.
This olive oil is characterised by its very intense green fruitiness. A multitude of nuances show its great complexity, offering fruity and citric reminiscences and herbaceous sensations of thyme and mint. It also gives us notes of vegetables such as tomato plants. In the mouth it has a sweet and almondy entry, followed by a medium intensity bitter and spicy taste. It is a perfectly structured virgin olive oil.
Rincón de la Subbética has accumulated more than 650 prizes and awards, making it the most awarded extra virgin olive oil in the history of Spain.
Recommended uses: it is ideal for toast, salads, vegetables, meat and oily fish.
