DESCRIPCTION:
This speciality coffee has double certification: organic and Fairtrade. It is a blend of typica, bourbon, caturra and catuí varieties, produced at altitude (1,200 to 1,700 m). You will recognise this coffee by its cocoa aromas and its almond and caramel notes that make it irresistible.
The Organic Farming certification guarantees that no pesticides, chemical herbicides or artificial fertilisers have been used in its cultivation. It also certifies that the natural resources of the ecosystem are respected, using them and energy responsibly.
Under Fairtrade standards, coffee producers not only get a different trade treatment from standard market conditions, but also receive the Fairtrade Premium to invest in the development of their communities and to continue producing in a sustainable way.
