DESCRIPCTION:
☕🟢 This Specialty Coffee is a blend of typica, bourbon, caturra and catuí varieties, produced at high altitude (1,200 to 1,700 m) in Central America.
☕🟢 It stands out for its aromas and hints of cocoa, with a light touch of flower. It is a very delicate coffee in terms of roasting, with notes of almonds and caramel that highlight its smoothness and sweetness. These notes are complemented by its smooth and mellow body, resulting in a coffee that is both demure and vibrant on the palate.
☕🟢 It has double certification: Organic and Fairtrade. In this way, Cafés El Criollo shows its commitment and support to small coffee producers.
☕🟢 FAIRTRADE: Coffee producers, in addition to obtaining a different commercial treatment from standard market conditions, receive the Fairtrade premium to invest in the development of their communities and continue producing in a sustainable way.
☕🟢 ORGANIC: The Organic certification guarantees that no pesticides, chemical herbicides or artificial fertilisers have been used in its cultivation. In addition, this seal certifies that the natural resources of the ecosystem are respected, making responsible use of them and of energy.
☕🟢 100% Arabica and medium Natural Roast, thus preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the bean.
☕🟢 Pack of 4 packs of 250 grams each (1KG).
Under Fairtrade standards, coffee producers not only get a different trade treatment from standard market conditions, but also receive the Fairtrade Premium to invest in the development of their communities and to continue producing in a sustainable way.
