100% Arabica Brazilian coffee from the Minas Gerais region. It stands out for its notes of dark chocolate, caramel and stone fruit, resulting in a coffee with low acidity and creamy body.
Brazil is currently the world's leading producer of Arabica coffee, and its main coffee-growing areas are in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and Minas Gerais, where the best qualities are produced. It is precisely from this last area, the Cerrado Mineiro, that this coffee comes from. Harvested by the traditional method of peeling, it is a balanced coffee from the best Arabica coffees in Brazil.
The Fazenda Mar Azul estate in the Cerrado Mineiro region, at an altitude of 900 m, produces this coffee of excellent quality.
