The grinding of seeds on the grinding stone protects all the taste qualities of the dough. Particular attention is paid to conservation and environmental protection: sorting and valuation of our waste, and treatments of our effluents.
Marc Désarménien, Edmond Fallot's grandson, is currently in charge of the company. Some twenty employees contribute to the quality of production. The company has enriched its product range over the years with aromatic mustards, vinegars and other condiments such as pickles; with a manufacturing process that responds to a quality approach to which La Moutarderie Fallot is committed. To enhance its traditional know-how, La Moutarderie Fallot opened its doors to the public with two successive museum visits in 2003 and 2009. And since 2012, you can discover a free space entirely dedicated to mustard.
Moutarderie Fallot has been an independent Burgundy family business since 1840. With its high-performance industrial facilities, it has preserved the know-how of the mustard manufacturer.
To meet the most stringent requirements in terms of quality and food safety, Moutarderie Fallot decided to embark on a certification process in this field.
We have risen to the challenge: our production unit has been certified IFS (International Food Standard).
