Yuzu Mustard
It is a citrus fruit that grows in Japan. It looks like a small orange, and is yellow or green in color. The flavor is similar to orange, but is mistaken for tangerine; however, it is rare to eat the fruit. It is commonly used as an infusion, in the same way as lemon is used. The peel is used as a dressing in sauces.
Excellent handcrafted product.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, Yuzu juice, antioxidants: potassium metabisulfite, acid: citric acid, spices.
Made with the best selection of raw materials and combining tradition and innovation. The Fallot house is the last remaining independent family-owned mustard producer.
Moutarderie Fallot has been an independent Burgundy family business since 1840. With its high-performance industrial facilities, it has preserved the know-how of the mustard manufacturer.
To meet the most stringent requirements in terms of quality and food safety, Moutarderie Fallot decided to embark on a certification process in this field.
We have risen to the challenge: our production unit has been certified IFS (International Food Standard).
