DESCRIPCTION:
Thyme honey from La Chinata is a complex natural food made from thyme flowers and produced by bees. It has high nutritional and therapeutic value. This variety of honey has a reddish colour and a very pleasant sweet, aromatic flavour, with a thick consistency.
It is particularly well advised for inflammatory respiratory conditions, whooping cough and asthma. It also regulates blood pressure, has a tonic and antiseptic effect and activates the functions of the digestive system. It is therefore highly effective in cases of indigestion, heartburn and other conditions linked to poor digestion of food.
As pure honey, it tends to solidify when cold. We therefore recommend heating it in a bain-marie or microwave before use.
