DESCRIPCTION:
Black pudding pâté with pine nuts is a very creamy product that combines the traditional flavour of black pudding, an ancient food rich in protein and low in carbohydrates, with the properties of pine nuts, a dried fruit that is not only delicious but also widely used in gourmet cooking.
It's perfect as a garnish in pâtés, sachets or tarts, as well as in baked meats or for preparing sauces. It can be eaten hot or cold in a bain-marie or in the microwave, as a snack or as a starter in tarts, with fruit jam for a fresh, sweet touch in every bite, or with our caramelised onion or fried onion, as well as our mango cubes.
