La Chinata Polvorones are one of the products that form part of our variety of traditional Christmas sweets in which we combine the quality of their ingredients with artisan production.
Chinata 5 Berries Pepper Mill is a cocktail of flavours featuring a selection of green, white, black, allspice and pink peppercorn varieties.
Green, white and black peppers are obtained from the same plant, but their colour is different due to the treatment applied during harvesting. Allspice is a pepper that is not a pepper at all, since it is a berry that is harvested green and dried in the sun, giving it its characteristic brown colour.
