It is handmade with a selection of top quality pistachios, sugar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil which results in a unique and very sweet flavour, ideal for those with a sweet tooth.
It is a cream that is very easy to spread and perfect to accompany breakfasts or snacks with our Regañás with La Chinata EVOO, as well as for making fillings for cakes, crepes, panettones or biscuits, or as a base for a mousse. In the kitchen, it is also widely used to combine with puff pastry and to make muffins, ice cream and bread.
