It is characterised by its intense, sweet flavour, its dark colour and its dense texture.
Artisan Process
It is made using an artisan process, macerating natural figs from Extremadura, in which all their properties and most characteristic flavour are preserved.
Gourmet Product
It is ideal for meats and fish, as well as for salads or grilled vegetables, carpaccios, sauces and cured cheeses. Also for fruit salads and for marinating fish and meat.
