La Chinata Crab Pâté is part of our range of sea pâtés made with the finest extra virgin olive oil. This is a high-quality pâté with a mild, delicate flavour.
Recommended as a snack on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, it can be flavoured with our wide range of vegetable preserves, especially onion or pepper, as well as with our caramelised onion. It can also be used as an accompaniment or garnish to give a distinctive touch to fish and rice dishes.
For a better perception of the nuances in the mouth, we recommend serving the pâté slightly chilled if you eat it spread on bread, while accompanying it with a La Chinata white wine.
