DESCRIPCTION:
La Chinata's Iberian pork pâté is made with excellent quality pieces of Iberian secret from the pastures of Extremadura, and is one of the most highly valued parts of the pig by prestigious chefs thanks to its texture and flavour.
This pâté is recommended for a snack spread on bread, as it has a very smooth and tasty texture, or with one of the different La Chinata balsamic creams, such as cherry, fig or truffle, as they will give it a slightly sweet touch. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to give a distinctive touch to dishes such as stews or roast meats.
It is recommended to serve the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it goes perfectly with red wine.
