DESCRIPCTION:
One of our most famous dishes: we hollow out the best artichoke hearts by hand and fill them with a seafood-based béchamel sauce (prawns and king prawns). We finish the dish with a delicious seafood sauce (langoustines, gambas and red prawns) and vegetable-smoked fish.
The flavour is tasty but balanced, with no acidity, there's no tininess, it's like it's been freshly made. It's also very healthy: low in fat (1.5%), low in salt (just 0.22g per 100g of product) and gluten-free.
Ingredients: Artichokes (62%), fish stock, seafood (prawns (7%), king prawns (7%), langoustines (2%), lobster (2%)), milk, tomato, vegetable oil (sunflower), onion, vegetables, flour, hake, white wine, salt and antioxidants.
