DESCRIPCTION:
This selection of grilled and stuffed piquillo peppers is carefully prepared using only the finest ingredients. The peppers are carefully selected, grilled over beech wood and peeled without water to preserve their flavour. They are then stuffed with a delicate béchamel sauce, prepared with veal escalope and a block of duck liver. To complete the dish, a grape sauce lightly spiced with Port wine is added. This preparation process is laborious but produces a delicious result. The dish can be enjoyed as a main course, individual portion or shared with other dishes. Made and packed by hand, it is carefully prepared to maintain its soft texture.
Ingredients: Meat stock (water and veal), piquillo peppers (23%), milk, vegetable oil (sunflower), veal (T-bone steak) (5.5%), rice flour, sugar, sultanas (3.5%), tomato, mushrooms, onion, block of duck liver (1.5%), port wine, salt, garlic, spices.
