Plancheta Bean
Product information
| Brand | Conservas Artesanas Rosara |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 720 ml |
| Region | Navarre |
It is an elongated white bean, slightly kidney-shaped and flat, hence the name ‘plancheta’. Ideal for stews, stir-fries and salads. Conservas Artesanas Rosara prepares all its beans in a very traditional way and you can tell: they are very tender, you can't see their skin, the flavour is natural and clear, bean-like and only bean-like.
Ingredients: Beans, water, salt and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
Conservas Artesanas Rosara is located in the heart of Ribera Navarra, in the north of Spain. There, on the banks of the river Ebro, the best fruits of the orchard grow thanks to the favourable climate, the fertile land and the good work of its people.
Artisan production
Since its foundation in 1986, Conservas Artesanas Rosara's main objective has been to offer quality. For this reason, they select those fruits of recognised prestige and with designation of origin, such as asparagus from Navarre or piquillo peppers from Lodosa. And, of course, they are committed to painstakingly handmade production, with all that this implies: peeled by hand, packed without preservatives or colouring agents, roasted over a wood fire, etc.
Good taste and love for gastronomy is an important factor at Rosara. Its cuisine offers many delicious and surprising dishes, which form part of its extensive menu. Some of Rosara's dishes are prepared following the traditional recipes of their ancestors and others are born between the cookers, the result of innovation processes. In addition, its dishes, sauces, creams, mousses, etc. have no additives that detract from the good taste of its excellent raw materials.
Innovation in the kitchen
Rosara's customers are demanding, with a privileged palate, who appreciate the effort they make to be able to offer more than 160 delicacies, a menu that is becoming more and more extensive thanks to the continuous launch of new products. And all of them, of course, with the quality and prestige that Conservas Artesanas Rosara already enjoys.
