Se trata de una alubia blanca alargada, con leve forma de riñón y plana, de ahí su nombre “plancheta”. Es ideal para guisar, saltear y en ensaladas. Elaboramos todas nuestras legumbres de modo muy artesanal y eso se nota: muy tiernas, no se nota la piel, el sabor es natural y claro a legumbre y solo a legumbre. Una vez pruebe nuestras legumbres no querrá otras.
