DESCRIPCTION:
Roquefort mousse is made from authentic A.O.C. Roquefort and contains just 13.1% fat. Despite its spreadable texture, it retains the personality and flavour of the cheese. The term 'mousse' comes from the French word 'mousse' and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture. The texture of this mousse is achieved naturally by beating the egg with the other ingredients in the product.
The ingredients used include whole cow's milk, sheep's cheese (Roquefort), pasteurised full-fat fromage blanc, pasteurised eggs and melting salts.
